All clients must complete the onboarding process and agree to the terms outlined in their service agreement.

Service agreements are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

Second Chance Blueprint reserves the right to suspend or terminate services due to breach of contract, misconduct, or violation of these terms.

2. Use of Materials & Collaboration

Clients agree to adhere to timelines, provide necessary materials, and maintain professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.

All deliverables must be used as intended and may not be altered or redistributed without prior consent.

Second Chance Blueprint is not liable for delays or performance issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate client input.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, creative assets, strategies, and intellectual property developed by Second Chance Blueprint remain the property of Second Chance Blueprint unless otherwise agreed upon.

Clients are granted usage rights for delivered assets as outlined in their service agreement.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of Second Chance Blueprint materials is strictly prohibited.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Project cancellations must be submitted in writing and may be subject to fees as outlined in the service agreement.

Ongoing service subscriptions require a 30-day written notice for cancellation.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on work completed up to the date of cancellation.

5. Client Responsibility & Legal Disclaimer

Clients affirm they have the authority to enter into agreements and provide all necessary approvals for work performed.

Results may vary based on market conditions, audience behavior, and other external factors beyond Second Chance Blueprint's control.

All services are provided in good faith, but success is not guaranteed.
